Sacred Strength Systems provides performance coaching services, including access to a digital platform for programme delivery, habit tracking, check-ins, and advisory communications. The service is not a medical service and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All content, guidance, and information provided through the platform is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or supplementation.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Coaching fees are payable in advance as agreed at the time of enrolment. Due to the nature of digital and personalised services, refunds are not typically available once a programme has commenced. Any exceptions are at our sole discretion and considered on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for completing check-ins and assessments honestly, attending advisory calls as scheduled, notifying us of any health changes that may affect your programme, and using the platform in accordance with these terms.
All platform content, including programme materials, lesson content, methodologies, and systems, remain the intellectual property of Sacred Strength Systems. You may not copy, share, or distribute any content without express written consent.
We treat your health and personal data with strict confidentiality. Coaches and staff are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not share your data without your consent, except where required by law.
Sacred Strength Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your programme in accordance with the terms agreed at enrolment.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
